I might one case out of a hundred but I did not enjoy the service provided by the seller. I placed my order well over a month ago, on February 7th precisely. though, the seller mentioned that there would be a little delay due to the Chinese New year. I was patient and waited a few weeks before reaching out to check on the status of my order. the seller’s response was typically very vague with no exact date of completion. it is not until I mentioned that I would claim a refund that things started to move along. Even after that, it did not get better. I actually consider my order not up to standard but I had to confirm to write my review. I sent a mockup for hem tags to the seller which has a middle fold and 2 flods at each end. the seller proceeded by telling me that the end folds are sewing line and that their other customers have the same - As if I didn’t know what I was talking about or wanted. In the end I was pretty upset and just wanted my order because my production was delayed.
